What can I say about Ward Timber Frames.
A little about our story, We lost our home on march 13th in 2018 in the middle of the night it was a fire.
I talked to the insurance and bank about building a new home in the same spot. I've always wanted to build a home for my family so that is what we did.
I called just about every timber frame company in the book they all had there own floor plans I kind of got ideas from them and on the internet. What I found out is they were very pricy and way out of our budget. I did the electrical work on a Timber frame that Ward Timber Frames did for a buddy of mine so I called him and he gave me Bruce Ward’s information. I called Ward Timber Frames and talked to Bruce let him know what had happened and we talked about a 40'x60' timber frame. He gave me a ballpark price and I was excited finally someone in our budget. Over the next few weeks I was working with an architect getting the drawings of our new house I had questions and called Bruce he said “Okay, doable.” I called him about adding lofts he said Okay. I called him about a bridge to get from one loft to the other he said okay doable no problem I understand. So we started the timber frame process with Ward timber Frames. I started the foundation every time I called Bruce with a problem he had a solution and was happy to help me. I used SIP's panels for the outside walls and roof when Extreme panels called me with a problem Bruce helped me with them. When I finally got to meet Bruce and Chris it was like we had knew each other for years. We worked very well with one another my wife and I were able to take off work and help Bruce and Chris build our new home. We put the frame together without one miss cut beam from Ward Timber Frames and that says a lot when they made the timber frame 1,700 miles from the build site. Ward Timber frames stayed after the frame was done and help us do all the SIP'S panels, porch roof and finish ceilings through out the whole house. Ward Timber Frames, HANDS DOWN MY BEST BUILDING EXPERIENCE. They are professional kind understanding, knowledgeable and humble. Bruce gave me the courage to do all the finishes ourselves and even came to our house after we had moved in. You see Bruce Ward loves what he does and it shows.
